Join JEB Little Creek MWR Fitness & Sports by participating in the Walk, Run, Bike for Your Life incentive program. The purpose of this program is to promote physical fitness and wellness for the JEBLC community. This incentive program begins Thursday, April 1 and goes until Saturday, July 31. This program is open to active duty, retirees, DoD civilians and their family members who are 18 years or older.  

When signing up you can choose to complete by either walking/running (508 miles) or biking (1016 miles). Complete the total miles by logging in your weekly total miles each Sunday. Online registration is required. Registered participants will receive an email every Sunday morning with information on how to submit your total miles for that week. The JEB Little Creek MWR Sports office will have routes you can walk/run or bike.  


Each participant is responsible for providing their mileage at least once a week (every Sunday). Participants can complete these miles at any location. 

Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail with further instructions. An email link to submit your weekly mileage will be sent out every Sunday morning at 6 a.m. Your total mileage will be tallied each week and provided to you to see how you are tracking on meeting your goal of 508 walk/run miles or 1016 bike miles. Participants who meet the goal will receive a prize. 

These challenges are not competitive.  

There is no time limit for each mile increment to be reached.  

This incentive program starts on April 1 and ends on July 31, 2021. The first mileage log entry will be Sunday, April 1 and the last mileage log entry will be Sunday, August 1.
