DIY Bird Feeders

Join NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation on Tuesday, August 2 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and create your own bird feeder. All supplies will be provided. You can complete this craft at River’s Edge Community Center or take it home with you.
