Celebrate the spirit of the season with NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Liberty on Wednesday, December 24 from 4 to 6 PM inside River’s Edge Recreation Center for our Home in a Bag event. Stop by and grab a Christmas meal and a goodie bag. This event is free and for active duty E-1 to E-6 only. Registration is required.
