Shamrock Shuffle 5K Fun Run

Lace up your running shoes and embrace the luck of the Irish as you join Dam Neck MWR Fitness for a shamrock shuffle 5K fun run on Thursday, March 14. The run begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Dam Neck Gym. Medals and t-shirts will be given out while supplies last. Online registration is open until Monday, March 11. Same day registration begins at 10:30 a.m.
