Don't Quit, get fit with Cheatham Annex MWR Fitness. Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 to 8 AM at the CAX Gym for our Strong Start class with Trish. This class is free and open to all patrons. All participants are encouraged to work out at appropriate levels and consult their fitness instructors for maximum benefit. Classes are subject to change according to attendance.
