Wellness Wednesday - I Love Me Day

Learn the fundamentals and importance of self-love with NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Liberty. Join us on Wednesday, March 25 from 5 to 8 PM at building Q-80 for our I Love Me Day event. We will be teaching you how to make body scrubs and will be giving out other self-care tips to progress your wellness. This event is free and open to active duty E-1 to E-6 only. No registration is required.
