Superhero 5K Fun Run

Join Dam Neck MWR Fitness for the 2023 Superhero 5K Fun Run on Thursday, March 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will only be same day registration. Registration opens at 10:30 a.m. in the basketball court at the Fitness Center. The run starts at 11:30 a.m. This run is open to active duty, family members, retirees, and DoD civilians.
