Are you look to move more and get stronger? JEB Fort Story MWR Fitness is hosting a quarterly incentive program beginning Tuesday, July 1 through Tuesday, September 30 at the Fitness Center. Work through one or all three different training programs. The program will offer three different forms to improve your fitness with plyometric, strength and cardiovascular exercise using the state-of-the-art NOFFS program.
