Come join NNSY MWR Fitness at the Callaghan Fitness Center on Tuesday, February 14 from 7 to 8:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., or 4:40 to 6:10 p.m. for an extreme 90-minute spin class. The ride will include intervals, hill climbs, sprints, endurance, and strength. Dress in red and stay the whole 90 minutes to receive a sweet treat! Spots are limited.
