It's time to show what you can do! JEB Fort Story MWR Fitness is hosting a max/endurance bench press competition on Thursday, August 21 from 5:30 to 7 PM at the Fitness Center. This will be a two-part event that will start with a one rep max lift followed by a max rep at 50% of the max weight lifted for the endurance challenge.
