Financial Planning for Transition

FFSC Norfolk is offering a virtual Financial Planning for Transition class. This three-hour training is mandatory for transitioning service members who are voluntarily or involuntarily separated. Topics include: understand how transition will impact your financial situation through discussion of income, debt, expenses and assests, create a post-transition financial plan. 

This class takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. To register, please contact FFSC Norfolk at 757-444-2102 or email tapquotas@navy.mil to notify us of your choice of event(s), specific time(s) and the date you want to schedule. 

Classes are provided via Microsoft Teams. Once registered, you will receive an invitation in your email for each class. Classes do not have to be completed consecutively. These live classes will provide you credit for DoD transition day equivalent to JKO TGPS.
