Don’t miss the back to school bash hosted by NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Aquatics and Community Recreation on Saturday, August 15 from 5 to 8 PM at River’s Edge Community Center. This event is free and there will be giveaways, bounce houses, carnival games, a petting zoo, train rides, refreshments, and more!
