Join the 1000-lb club with WPNSTA Yorktown MWR Fitness! Lift a combined one-rep max for bench lifting, squatting and deadlifting of 1000-lbs for men and 500-lbs for women. The participant with the most days having lifted their combined max by the end of the year will be named club champion.
