Start your holiday season with a magical morning! Join NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation on Saturday, December 13 from 8 to 10 AM at River’s Edge Community Recreation Center for our Breakfast with Santa event. The cost to participate is $8 for adults, $5 for kids 12 and under, and kids under three eat for free. Come enjoy crafts, food, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and more.
