Start your holiday season with a magical morning! Join NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation on Saturday, December 13 from 10 AM to 1 PM at River’s Edge Community Recreation Center for our Breakfast with Santa event. The cost to participate is $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. Come enjoy crafts, food, photos with Santa, and more.
