Tie Dye Hats

Create a groovy design you can sport all summer long with JEB Little Creek MWR Liberty at our Tie Dye Hats event on Thursday, June 25 from 5 to 7 PM at the library. We will have bucket hats and baseball caps available. This $5 event is open to E-1 to E-6 and guests 18 and older. Registration is required.
