Join NSA Portsmouth, VA MWR Liberty at our Gift Wrapping Station beginning Monday, December 1 till Wednesday. December 24 from 10:30 AM to 8 PM at the Mariner’s Reef Liberty Center. This event is open to active duty E-1 to E-6 only.
