Neptune Festival Trip

See what Virginia Beach has to offer! JEB Little Creek MWR Liberty is hosting a trip to the annual Neptune Festival on Saturday, September 27. A shuttle will depart from the Library at 11 AM and return by 6 PM. There will be live music, food trucks, and more! Registration is required. Patrons must be age 18 or older to participate. The cost to participate is free for single sailors, E-1 to E-6, and $5 for all other patrons.
