rows of candles lined up Join NAVSTA Norfolk MWR for Wick & Sip Candle Making Class every fourth Thursday of the month at Building C-9 from 5 to 7 p.m. This is open to all, age 18 and older and only cost $5 per person. Enjoy great vibes, light refreshments, mocktails, all while creating your own candle scents to take home.
