Grunt Run & Runt Grunt

Come join NSA HR - Northwest MWR for our annual Grunt Run & Runt Grunt on Saturday, October 5 at the Northwest Parade Grounds. This year we have new and improved obstacles and challenges! The Runt Grunt kids’ obstacle course is a one mile, scaled down version of the Grunt Run, but equally as fun.  

The Runt Grunt course is opens at 9 a.m. and the Grunt Run will begin at 10 a.m. The Runt Grunt is for kids ages 12 and younger and the Grunt Run is open to participants ages 13 and older.   

The first 150 Grunt Run and 100 Runt Grunt finishers will get a medal. There will be post race music and food.  This event is open to all DoD ID card holders and a guest. The deadline to register is Wednesday, October 2.   

Due to safety concerns, strollers are not permitted to be used on the Grunt Run & Runt Grunt courses.
