NOFFS Short Course

JEB Little Creek MWR Fitness is hosting a NOFFS Short Course at Rockwell Hall Gym on Thursday, June 26 from 8 am to 3 pm. Come and learn more about NOFFS exercise protocols to implement as part of your workout. From proper ways to warm-up with pillar prep, and movement prep to learning how to establish your basic strength with proper progression. This workout will include cardiovascular work and proper regeneration/stretching techniques. Preregistration is required by Tuesday, June 17.
