Safety Powerboat Course

NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Sailing and Marina is hosting a powerboat safety course every Monday and Wednesday beginning at 1 PM. Registration is required and the cost to participate is $60 per person. This is a four-hour, on-the-water training that puts you behind the wheel of our 90-HP center console boats. Instructors review operations, boat handling, and safety. Classes are offered from March to November. Classes are weather dependent. There is an additional class slot on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 PM.
