DIY: Crepe Paper Flower

Bring your creativity to life at JEB Little Creek MWR Community Recreation’s DIY: Crepe Paper Flower event on Thursday, September 18 from 5 to 7:30 PM at the Library. Come and learn a new skill using simple techniques like cutting petals, layering them, and attaching them to a wire stem. This event is free and registration is required.
