Stay fit during the holidays with NSA Mechanicsburg MWR Fitness! Join us for our 12 days of fitmas fitness challenge beginning on Monday, December 1 through Friday, December 12 at the Fitness Center. Complete all 12 days to receive a prize.  

Dec 1 – 1 Minute Plank  
Dec 2 – 2 Box Jumps or Step Ups 
Dec 3 – 3 Push-ups  
Dec 5 – 40 Second Wall Sit  
Dec 8 – 5 Shoulder Presses 
Dec 9 – 6 Squats 
Dec 10 – 7 Bicycle Crunches  
Dec 11 – 8 Rows  
Dec 12 – 10 Weighted Lunges  
Dec 15 – 11 Burpees  
Dec 16 – 12 Kettlebell Swings
