Neptune Fest Liberty Trip

virignia beach neptune statue Enjoy the day at the Neptune Festival with NAS Oceana MWR Liberty on Saturday, September 26 from 10 AM to 3 PM. Transportation will be leaving from the Great Escape. Have fun at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with live music, art, entertainment, and more. This event is for active-duty E-1 to E-6 only.
