Character Brunch

Have brunch with your favorite characters and NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation on Saturday, March 7 from 11 AM to 1 PM at River’s Edge Community Recreation Center. The cost to participate is $6 for children ages three to 12, $8 for ages 13 and older, and children ages 2 and under are free. Registration is required.
