Remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice with a special workout hosted by WPNSTA Yorktown MWR Fitness on Thursday, May 21 at 7:30 AM at the Cheatham Annex Fitness Center. Participants will run one mile, complete 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air-squats, and then finish with another one-mile run. This challenge is open to all eligible patrons.
