Work is stressful. Come learn a positive way to de-stress your mess with Huntington Hall MWR at our Stress Relief Class on Thursday, August 6 from 4 to 6 PM. Learn new ways to help handle the stress of life that you can incorporate in your everyday life. This event is free and open to E-1 to E-6 only.
