Back to School Flip Flop Fiesta

Have one last celebration before school starts with NSA Portsmouth Virginia MWR Community Recreation! Join us for a flip flop fiesta on Saturday, August 9 from 10 AM to 2 PM at Splash Zone Pool. There will be games, crafts, activities, giveaways, and food.
