Mom's Muscles and Mocktails

Celebrate Mother’s Day by bulking up with WPNSTA Yorktown MWR Fitness! Join us on Friday, May 10 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the TRX Box Sports Zone for a strength training circuit fitness class. Participants can be on teams or by themself. Exercises will include flipping tires, dead lifts, hangs, pull ups, planks, slam balls, and battle ropes. Registration is required by Thursday, May 9 by noon. The event is free for participants.
