10-LB Challenge

Kick-start 2024 with a healthier new you! Join NNSY MWR Fitness & Sports for our 10-LB Fitness Challenge beginning Monday, January 8 through Friday, March 16. Whether it’s to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier or just tone up, meet with a trainer and set an eight-week weight-loss goal for yourself.   

Once goals are set, a trainer will write an exercise plan and you will meet twice a week to help keep yourself on track. The initial weigh-in period begins Monday, January 8 through Friday, January 12 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.   

The final weigh-in period is from Monday, March 11 through Friday, March 15 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The cost to participate is $12 per person. This includes a $2 administration fee and everyone who loses at least 10 pounds will split the remaining pot of money contributed by the group.
