Circuit Training

NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Fitness is hosting a circuit training group exercise class every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 to 5 pm at McCormick Sports Center. This is a 30-minute workout to improve muscular strength and endurance while also improving cardiovascular endurance.
