Celebrate the spirit of New Orleans at NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation’s Mardi Gras craft event on Tuesday, February 17 from 5 to7 PM at River’s Edge Recreation Center. Come create your own mask, hat, necklace, and enjoy festive snacks! Registration is encouraged.
