Learn how to drive a powerboat with NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Liberty on Tuesday, August 12 from 4 to 8 PM at the Sailing Center and Marina. The cost to participate is $25 per person, which includes classroom and on-the-water instruction. This event is open to all active duty. Register at Bldg. C-9.
