Naval Station Norfolk MWR FRP pool is open for lap swim and water fitness. Please call 757-444-2134 for more information.
  • Fitness Centers, Swimming Pools and Recreation Centers are open to eligible patrons.
  • Bags not permitted on the pool deck. 
  • FRP-12 is for lap swimming and water fitness only. No open swimming.
